Hotel Selkirk - Fort Edmonton Park

I had a lot of fun photographing the rooms in Hotel Selkirk yesterday as well as executive chef Henry Palmer. Pauline was awesome as she played with Linnea the entire time and Linnea even got to take home the Hotel Selkirk teddy bear! Thank you! It was enjoyable doing work for you again and I look forward to someday staying in your hotel. Here are some photos from the session from yesterday morning. Linnea 7 months old

Linnea, our daughter, is now 7 months old and more and more fun and interactive. She enjoys "playing" piano, reading books (sucking on the pages), playing in her exersaucer and jumping in her merry muscles. She loves long walks in her stroller when it's not too cold out and sucking on anything she can get her hands on. She has enjoyed yams and other solid foods and has 4 teeth. Here's a photo I took of her a couple weeks ago.

What a crazy time full of more laughter than I can ever remember at this session! The Saturday morning was frosty on the ground and man, was it cold out in the river valley. I haven't done a morning session in a long time so this was a lovely change for me. Here are some of the favourites from the session. I think I may be getting away from using the Flickr slideshow as it takes so long to load initially (at least it does on my end) so these will be individual photos.

Linnea - almost 6 months old!

I wanted to share with you a some shots of my daughter Linnea. She's growing up fast and is so much fun right now. She laughs and giggles a lot and is rolling over and very active on the floor. Here are some of my favourites that I photographed this week of her. There's a shot of her hand reaching toward the lens...she actually got a hold of it and smudged it up nicely. :)
